How to Eat Broccoli Sprouts
Broccoli sprouts can be found at health food stores or you can make your own using broccoli seeds. According to Sprout People, sprouting is very simple. Just soak the seeds for about 12 hours, rinse and place in a container on a windowsill, out of direct sunlight. Rinse every 12 hours. You'll start seeing the sprouts coming out in about three days.

Add broccoli sprouts to sandwiches and wraps. They complement other veggies well and add a crunchy texture to the mix. You can also use the sprouts to replace other crunchy vegetables like cucumbers.
Step 2
Bake a potato and add some sour cream or melted cheese. Sprinkle broccoli sprouts on top.
Step 3
Munch on broccoli sprouts as a snack. You can add some salt to them for a touch of flavor.
Step 4
Add broccoli sprouts to stir-frys. Wait until the last couple of minutes to add the sprouts so they don't soften and instead maintain their crunchy texture.
Step 5
Combine chopped broccoli sprouts, diced tomatoes and onions, sweet corn and the juice of one lime. Mix well and use as a salsa with chips. It can also be served as a side dish.
Step 6
Add to hummus or dips. This is a good way to hide the sprouts into your meals, so you can get their health benefits without even realizing you're eating them.
