    How Many Calories Are in Taco Bell Hot Sauce?

    Taco Bell offers a variety of sauces and condiments. It offers three complimentary border sauces. The “hot” sauce provides a little more kick than the “mild,” but isn't nearly as spicy as their “fire” sauce. All three sauces are appropriate if you are watching your weight.

    Hot Sauce

    A 7-gram serving of Taco Bell's hot sauce contains absolutely no calories. The sauce is derived from water, tomato paste, jalapeno peppers, vinegar, salt, spices, dehydrated onions, xanthan gum, acetic acid, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate as preservatives, potassium chloride, yeast extract, natural flavors and soy lecithin. These ingredients provide don't provide any sugar or fat. The hot sauce does contain 45 milligrams of sodium, however.

    Fire Sauce

    If you like a little extra spice, the same size serving of fire sauce also has zero calories, sugar and fats. The fire sauce has slightly more sodium, with 60 milligrams.

    Mild Sauce

    If you prefer a tamer taste, a 7-gram serving of the mild sauce also has no calories, sugars or fats. The mild sauce has 35 milligrams of sodium.
